We're recruiting for a Children's Residential Support Worker to join a small, supportive children's home in Middlesbrough, providing high-quality care to children and young people who are unable to live with their families.

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you'll support young people with emotional and behavioural needs, helping them build confidence, resilience, and positive life skills within a safe, nurturing environment. You'll work as part of a dedicated team using therapeutic and restorative approaches to achieve the best outcomes for every child.

• QCF Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
• Experience working with children and young people
• Understanding of child development and challenging behaviour
• Ability to build positive relationships and act as a role model
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, sleep-ins, nights, and bank holidays
